| The Government has introduced legislation requiring Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) to be provided upon the sale and rental of all non-dwellings. The certification process will assess the fabric of the building and services and rate its energy efficiency, covering thermal performance, such as efficiency of a boiler etc, and will have a significant impact on developers, occupiers and landlords. |
